Tiger Balm is a magic ointment. The white Tiger Balm (smells of menthol) is a great soother for insect bites and if you rub it on your temples it will ease your headache without drugs!
Don't confuse the white balm with the red Tiger Balm, this has a deep heat effect and will make your headache twice as bad!
