My Top Travel Tips

1. Always take out travel insurance

Make sure you have cover for all activities you want to do and that your new expensive camera is covered! Annual travel insurance can be very cost effective.

2. Take a photocopy of your passport, insurance docs and store separately from the originals. etc

3. Search around the internet-there are some great deals out there

4. A sarong is the most useful piece of kit- it can be a skirt, a dress, a towel, a beach mat, shawl, bag, the options are endless!

5. Always take your malaria tablets if required.

It only takes one bite and you've got it for life!

6. Take the same safety precautions as at home - there are thieves in every country - even our own!

7. Do not carry around large wads of cash - there are ATMs in every country.

8. Ditch the heavy travel guides, photocopy the relevant pages or print the info off the internet.

9. Always travel comfortably. Holidays are for relaxing and having fun not trying out your new high heels.

10 A well planned trip is a less hassle trip. Follow my tips to help you plan your best holiday ever!

Once this is done, and you are sure that you have only the important things, because you do not want to pay extra air taxes and luggage fees, then you can go on to packing your things next to your suit case. Make sure that you do not pack them straight into your suit case, because you want to check them one more time before you pack them in.
